Certified nutritionist, macro coach, and mom of two.
I help busy moms lose weight in a way that actually fits their life. Without extremes, without obsession, and without feeling like they have to do it all perfectly to make progress.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all meal plan or “good luck” macro guide. I walk with you to finally lose weight and keep it off with nutrition that makes sense and results that feel doable. Even in the chaos of motherhood.

My Goal:
Not just to help moms lose weight, but to help them show up for themselves again. To feel like the version of themselves they miss, with more energy, more confidence, and the ability to look in the mirror and actually like what they see—without going to extremes to get there.
I Know What It’s Like to Feel Stuck
To not feel comfortable in your own skin.
After having my first baby, I didn’t even recognize myself. I was tired. Overwhelmed. Just looking for the best diet to finally lose the weight as fast as possible. Everyone seemed to have the secret—cut carbs, fast, eat clean, go Keto.
And yep… I tried all of it.
It worked—until it didn’t.
The more I restricted, the more I overate. The harder I tried to be perfect, the more I felt like a failure. And the more I obsessed over the scale, the more I let it control me.
If the number went up, I’d throw the whole plan out the window.
Instead of trusting the process, I just kept starting over—again and again.
I thought the problem was me—my body, my metabolism, my willpower.
But it wasn’t.
What I really needed was structure.
A strategy based in real life—not all-or-nothing rules.
Because as moms, let’s be honest—life will get in the way.
I didn’t need more willpower.
I needed a plan I could actually live with—one that made sense, felt good, and still moved me toward my goals.
A science-backed approach to nutrition that finally helped me stop chasing perfect—and start building real momentum.
That’s what changed everything for me.
And I’m living it—this second postpartum journey has been completely different.
Not because life magically got easier (it didn’t), but because I finally have a structure that works with my life instead of against it.
Now I’m showing up with more peace, more confidence, and real momentum—and that’s exactly what I help other moms do inside coaching.

I believe God didn’t call us to just survive motherhood.
We weren’t meant to drag through life, hate how we feel, or neglect the body He gave us.
I believe our bodies are a temple—and we’re called to care for them. Not through obsession or restriction, but with intention, discipline, and truth.
There’s a better way to lose the weight and feel like yourself again. Without extremes. Without shame. Without starting over for the 50th time.
